How does licensing work?

After purchasing, you'll receive a license file via email. Upload this file in Glintlog's Settings > License page to activate your plan. The license is tied to your organization, not specific machines.

Can I upgrade from Community to Pro or Enterprise?

Yes! Simply purchase the higher tier and upload the new license file. Your data and configurations are preserved. The new features will unlock immediately.

What happens when my license expires?

Your Glintlog instance continues to work and your data remains intact. Enterprise features become unavailable, and you'll revert to Community mode until you renew.

Do you offer monthly billing?

We only offer annual licenses. This keeps our pricing simple and lets us offer significant savings compared to monthly plans. Annual billing also means less administrative overhead for your team.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Glintlog within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Can I try Pro/Enterprise features before buying?

The Community edition is always free to try. For Pro and Enterprise trials, contact us at c.ricciuti@glintlog.com and we can provide a 14-day evaluation license.
